Dual Swords rolls one fixed main stat and random sub-stats. A duplicate is a new roll, not a token reroll. Rarity adds sub-stat slots and does not raise the main number. The October 2026 description says accessories can be sold for Raid Tokens. Main stat recorded for this piece: 10% mob damage.
